1. No Return & Exchange (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the sensitive nature of women’s undergarments, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
